Citygate Surveyors is a company based in the City of London. Established 8 years ago. It provides Business Rates consultation and has helped many small businesses in reducing their liability in business rates.

Citygate Surveyors has specialist surveyors on board to provide help and assistance for a vast amount of other categories such as hotels, bars, restaurants just to name a few.

The principal surveyor and director is Bob Patel. Bob has worked for VOA for almost 25 years. He is specialist in business rates in most categories such as public house, clubs, casino department stores etc.

Bob has an established business since 2013 and brought back almost 3.5 million to the public. I have almost 400 clients that require my assistance in reducing their business rates liability . He works with all the councils in England, Scotland and Wales as well attend magistrate court and Bailiff meetings.

The team of the Citygate Surveyors work with councils across England, Scotland and Wales.
